Multivit Fem with ashwagandha is a dietary supplement dedicated to women. It contains a complex of selected vitamins and minerals as well as plant extracts with a broad spectrum of action. Vitamins C, A and D as well as zinc support the proper functioning of the immune system. Selenium, manganese, vitamin E help to protect cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12 help to reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue. They help in the normal functioning of the nervous system and in maintaining normal psychological functions. Folate helps in the normal production of blood and riboflavin helps in the maintenance of normal red blood cells. Vitamin K helps to maintain healthy bones, and magnesium and vitamin D healthy bones and teeth. Iodine assists the body in the normal production of thyroid hormones and in the normal functioning of the thyroid gland. Copper helps to maintain normal hair and skin pigmentation, and iron helps with the normal production of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Vitamin C helps in the normal production of collagen for the normal functioning of skin, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth. Chromium contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. Pantothenic acid helps to maintain mental performance at a normal level. Biotin helps to maintain healthy hair and skin and contributes to maintaining normal energy metabolism. Ashwagandha supports the body’s resistance to stress and skin health. Recommended daily allowance: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day with a meal. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily serving is 2 capsules. Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be consumed by children, pregnant or breast-feeding women, persons taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol) and in case of taking sedative, sleep-inducing or antiepileptic drugs.
